Governing Council
The Governing Council is the highest decision making organ of the Institute. It is saddled with establishing broad policies and guidelines for the good administration of the Institute. It draws its powers from the constitution of the Institute and its decisions are subject to the ratification, modification or rejection of the Annual General Meeting.The Institute's advisory board is composed of all Grand Fellows of the Institute.
