ISMN Zonal Election Guidelines2012-11-16 16:51:00

  • Each Chapter is to send 3 members to vote for the candidates of their choice

  • Chapter Chairman is to sign the nomination form of the contestant in their State

  • Candidates are to download a copy of the Nomination Form here.

  • Filled Nomination Form is to be scanned and forwarded to the Registrar ISMN with a payment of N5,000 made into the Institute’s Zenith bank account as a payment for the Nomination Form (Original Nomination Form will be collected at the Election Venue plus passport photo please)

  • Election will be hosted by the following Chapters :

    1. South West Zone             -              Ibadan
    2. South-South Zone           -              Benin
    3. South East Zone              -              Enugu

  • The Election holds 12Noon Wednesday November 21, 2012. However, Elections will hold 10.00am for the South-South Zone because of logistics of movement for those coming from Calabar and other far off locations

  • Venue of Elections will be communicated by the Registrar on-line at the Institutes website.
